“I would highly recommend doing this workshop for first-time parents. It put my mind at ease about the birthing process and what each of our roles is (mother/baby/partner). My husband really enjoyed it and got a lot out of it.
Kate was so helpful, friendly and a fountain of knowledge.
I didn’t feel like I was being told what to do, I felt that I was being given the knowledge so I could make my own choices on birth and what intervention, drugs or assistance I may want.
Plenty of time for discussion and questions.” ~ FTM 2018
