My weekend course differs from a Hypnobirthing Australia course as I am no longer affiliated with the brand.
This means I have been able to create my content by combining my more than 20 years of training in childbirth and early parenting education, lactation consultancy, and midwifery.
I cover the same concepts as a hypnobirthing course ( I have trained in 2 branded hypnobirthing approaches and taught Hypnobirthing Australia for over 10 years), but in a way that allows me time to cover other tools and techniques and, most importantly for me, breastfeeding, newborn sleep, and early parenting.
M classes fill up quickly, so contact me early to book in.
