Online courses for birth, breastfeeding and understanding your baby
Practical information. Informed choices. More confidence in yourself. Explore the courses.Preparing for birth and life with a baby can bring plenty of questions, especially when everyone seems to have different advice.
My online courses help you make sense of that information, understand your options and feel more confident about the decisions ahead.
Whether you’re considering an induction, preparing to breastfeed or trying to understand your baby’s sleep, you can learn at home, at your own pace, with your partner alongside you.

Has an induction been suggested? Perhaps you’re wondering whether it’s right for you, or you’ve decided to go ahead and want to understand what happens next.

The first hours after birth, including uninterrupted skin-to-skin contact.
-
Your baby’s feeding reflexes and how to work with them.
-
Finding a comfortable fit and hold.

Understanding Baby Sleep
Understand your baby’s sleep and find an approach that feels right for your family.
If advice about routines, wake windows and “bad habits” is leaving you anxious or questioning your instincts, this workshop offers a different perspective.
My approach brings together my years of experience supporting parents and babies, my training in Neuroprotective Developmental Care (NDC/Possums) and my Parental Brain Educator.
It also draws on the work of Professor Helen Ball, Professor James McKenna, Nathan Wallis, Dr Gabor Maté and other leading experts in the field.
Together, we’ll explore how understanding your baby’s sleep, developing brain and need for connection can help you feel more confident while also caring for your own wellbeing.
You’ll explore:
- What normal baby sleep can look like.
- The biology that influences sleep.
- Common sleep myths and the pressure they place on parents.
- Your parenting values and responding to your baby.
- Ways to support your own wellbeing alongside your baby’s needs.
I do not teach sleep training. My approach supports responsive care, connection and realistic expectations, without asking you to ignore your baby’s requests for comfort.
