Registration and Course Fees
1. One Day Birth and Breastfeeding Workshop: $550
The fee includes a $150 non-refundable component, subject to the refund policy below.
2. Life with a Newborn Workshop: $300
The fee includes a $100 non-refundable component, subject to the refund policy below.
3. Birth Prep Masterclass : $350
The fee includes a $150 non-refundable component, subject to the refund policy below.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in any workshop. Workshops are in high demand, and participant numbers are limited to allow personalised support, discussion and practical learning. Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
Each booking covers two people: the birthing mum and one chosen birth companion. As the workshops include activities requiring relaxation and focus, children are not permitted to attend.
Cancellations, Transfers and Refunds
- If you cancel more than 14 days before the workshop, you are entitled to a refund less the applicable non-refundable component listed above. Alternatively, you may transfer your booking to a later workshop, subject to availability.
- For participant cancellations made 14 days or less before the workshop, fees are non-refundable, except as outlined below or where a refund is required under Australian Consumer Law.
- All cancellations and requests to transfer must be made in writing.
If Your Baby Arrives Before Your Workshop
Please notify Birth Savvy as soon as possible if your baby is born before your scheduled workshop and you can no longer attend.
Birth Savvy will work with you to find suitable alternative support. This may include a postnatal breastfeeding consultation, a sleep consultation, access to online resources, transfer to a future parenting workshop, or another mutually agreed arrangement.
We will consider refund requests in these circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
If Birth Savvy Cancels Your Workshop
If Birth Savvy cancels your workshop, you are entitled to a full refund. You may choose to transfer to another available date instead.
Workshop Educator
Pip Wynn Owen personally delivers the workshops. If extenuating circumstances prevent Pip from teaching, a qualified and experienced childbirth educator will deliver the workshop in her place.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

‘Services’ includes any online materials, consulting, coaching, programmes, sessions, products, and all goods and services that may be accessed through our classes or website from time to time.
Private Health Funds
If you have private health insurance, you are responsible for liaising directly with your private health fund to determine if you are eligible for private health benefits in respect of the services you receive from Pip Wynn Owen.
AMENDMENT OF TERMS
We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms regularly before using our website to ensure you are aware of any changes. We will endeavour to highlight any significant or substantive changes to you where possible. If you choose to use our services, then we will regard that use as conclusive evidence of your agreement and acceptance that these terms govern your and Birth Savvy’s rights and obligations to each other.
