Birth Partner Masterclass
Confident, Calm, and Ready: Supporting Birth as a Team
This small, hands-on birth partner class in Perth is designed to help your partner feel confident, capable, and ready to support you during labour.
So often, women do the research and preparation for birth, while their partner is trying to catch up in the final weeks. This birth partner workshop brings you onto the same page, with practical tools that make a real difference on the day.
In this intimate session (max 6 couples), your partner will learn what’s happening in labour and how to support you in a calm, grounded, and connected way.

🤲 Practical, Hands-On Birth Support Skills
This is not a lecture-style antenatal class.
It’s a highly practical birth partner training where you’ll practise:
- Breathing and relaxation support
- Acupressure for pregnancy, labour, and birth
- Massage and effleurage techniques
- Optimal positioning for labour and birth
- Rebozo techniques for comfort and support
*If you’re planning to use hypnobirthing, your partner will also learn what this is and how to support this effectively during labour.
🛡️ Advocacy & navigating the system
We’ll also cover how partners can:
- Ask questions when needed
- Help you feel seen and heard
- Support decision-making without feeling overwhelmed
This helps partners feel more confident navigating the birth environment, whether at home, birth centre, or hospital.

🌿Why this matters
Birth is not a spectator experience.
Your partner plays a powerful role in helping you feel safe, supported, and able to work with your body. When they understand what’s happening and have simple, practical tools to draw on, it can completely change how birth feels for both of you.
💛 Who this is for
This Perth birth partner class is perfect for those who:
- Have done some birth preparation and want to bring their partner up to speed
- Want practical, hands-on techniques (not just theory)
- Are planning a hospital, birth centre, or home birth
