Breastfeeding with Confidence Workshop
Breastfeeding isn’t just about latch and positioning. It’s about understanding your baby.
Many parents prepare for birth but feel far less prepared for the realities of the first days and weeks with a newborn. Why does my baby want to feed again? Is cluster feeding normal? Am I making enough milk? Why won’t my baby sleep unless they’re in my arms?
When you understand the biology behind breastfeeding and normal newborn behaviour, everything starts to make much more sense.
This evidence-based workshop combines the latest research on breastfeeding, infant neuroscience and newborn behaviour to help you approach the early weeks with confidence. You’ll learn how breastfeeding works, why babies behave the way they do, and how feeding, sleep and regulation are all deeply connected.
Rather than relying on rigid routines or outdated advice, you’ll learn to work with your baby’s biology, making breastfeeding more comfortable, effective and enjoyable for the whole family.
